ASTRMS is a software system intended for use by an agent, managing rental properties for different landlords. With this software, the agent can register landlords, properties and capture tenants data. Each property is managed to contain units, which are later on assigned to a tenant as a lease. Invoices are then generated as per lease terms
Dashboard of Rental Management System
Once logged in, there is a self descriptive menu on the left. Use items from this list to access different sections of the system as the menu title suggests. Each item leads to a list of the said entity. E.g. The landlord's menu leads to a list of landlords. The create,view details and edit actions will be displayed once the list is visible.
- At the settings menu, different system configuration options are available
- The settings are grouped into a descriptive menu item
- General settings have details regarding the system owner
Tenants
Tenants can login to see their payment history, their billing information including amount due. They can also see different leases and properties they are registered and billed for.

Payments
The front office staff can register payments to the system. These payments will needapproval to be considered valid by the system.Users, Roles and Permissions.
- The system admin can create different roles and assign them different permissions.
- Permissions will determine what a role can do or not do in the system.
- A user is then created and assigned a role.
